Dossier and The DAISY Foundation Partner to Celebrate Nurses and Support Professional Growth

For more than 25 years, The DAISY Foundation has recognized nurses for the skill, compassion and care they bring to patients and families. Dossier helps nursing leaders and clinical teams manage competency, professional development and workforce readiness, making it a natural partner in supporting the people and organizations that develop nurses.

Recognition and growth are two sides of the same career. With demand for skilled nurses continuing to climb, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects 6% growth in registered nurse employment and 36% growth for nurse practitioners between 2025 and 2035, supporting nurses at every stage has never mattered more.

The partnership kicks off at the 2026 ANCC Magnet & Pathway Conference, where Dossier and DAISY will invite the nursing community to share stories about nurses who have made a meaningful difference, the first of several ways the organizations will recognize, develop and celebrate the people at the heart of healthcare.

Selected stories will be featured throughout the conference and across digital channels, a lasting way to celebrate the individuals and moments that show what nursing truly means. And it is only the beginning: the two organizations are planning additional educational content, storytelling and collaborative initiatives to recognize, develop and celebrate nurses together.
